These Terms govern your use of the Moovepass platform. By registering and using Moovepass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Moovepass provides a platform for users to explore, book and access fitness and wellness experiences offered by gyms, studios and spas across African cities. We are a facilitator and do not provide the services ourselves.

• Membership plans provide credits for booking classes or sessions. Credits vary by plan and may expire monthly.
   

• You may change or cancel your membership at any time, subject to applicable policies.
   

• Unused credits are forfeited after expiration.

• Provide accurate account information and update it as necessary.
   

• Use your membership personally and do not share account access.
   

• Comply with any rules set by the participating venues (e.g., minimum age, cancellation windows, facility policies).
   

• Respect partners’ property and personnel.

Each gym, studio or spa is an independent entity responsible for its services, staff and facilities. Moovepass is not liable for any injuries, damages, or issues encountered at partner venues.
 

Booking a session constitutes acceptance of the partner’s rules and policies.

Moovepass and its content (logos, graphics, software) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials without our permission.

Moovepass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from your participation in activities booked via the platform. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to Moovepass in the preceding three months.

You agree to indemnify Moovepass, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you reside. In case of dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of local courts.
